Mr. Motilal Sankla

Mr. Motilal Sankla is a visionary entrepreneur who began his business journey at the age of 19. After completing his B.Com and LL.B., he established Vijay Oil Mill in Chakan, now known as Mahavir Oil & Foods, which continues to manufacture high-quality edible oils from groundnut and sunflower.

In 1990, he pioneered Chakan’s first residential and commercial project, laying the foundation for future developments and supporting large-scale industrial land availability across the region.

A strong advocate for women’s education, he founded Chakan Arts & Commerce College and Navonmesh School, providing affordable education and resources to underprivileged children.

His leadership has extended across numerous institutions as Chairman of Pearl Promoters & Developers, Founder President of Chakan Industries Association and Rotary Club of Chakan, and Trustee of several educational and charitable trusts.

Mr. Sunny Sankla

Mr. Sunny Sankla brings over 16 years of diverse experience across retail, manufacturing, hospitality, consultancy, media, and marketing.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting & Information Technology from the University of Queensland, Australia, he interned with leading brands such as Coles, Myers, and Colgate-Palmolive, gaining hands-on exposure to strategic planning, supply chain analysis, and marketing research.

He later completed his MSc in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from the United Kingdom, where he worked with TESCO, one of the UK’s leading retail chains. This experience strengthened his expertise in supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement.

His tenure at Walmart (India) proved transformative, where he collaborated with over 700 manufacturing vendors and gained deep insight into large-scale operations, vendor management, and retail excellence.
