Mr. Motilal D. Sankla is a visionary entrepreneur and philanthropist who has played a key role in transforming Chakan into one of India’s leading industrial hubs. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at just 19, he founded Mahavir Oil & Foods, a trusted name in premium edible oils, built on quality, ethics, and strong farmer partnerships.

Recognizing Chakan’s industrial potential early, he pioneered the region’s first integrated residential and commercial development in 1990, contributing significantly to its planned growth and industrial expansion.

Passionate about education, he established Chakan Arts & Commerce College and Navonmesh School to provide quality and affordable education, especially for underprivileged students.

As Chairman of Pearl Promoters & Developers, Founder President of the Chakan Industries Association (CIA), Founder President of the Rotary Club of Chakan, and trustee of several educational and charitable institutions, Mr. Sankla has made lasting contributions to industry, education, and community development.

His vision, integrity, and commitment to nation-building continue to inspire entrepreneurs and strengthen the social and economic growth of the region.

Mr. Sunny Sankla is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience across retail, manufacturing, supply chain management, hospitality, consulting, media, and strategic marketing. A graduate from the University of Queensland, Australia, and an MSc in Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain Management (UK), he has gained valuable international experience with leading organizations including Coles, Myer, Colgate-Palmolive, Tesco, and Walmart India.

In 2013, he began his entrepreneurial journey and has since built a diversified business ecosystem comprising 10+ companies across multiple industries. His leadership is driven by innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Known for his global perspective and strategic vision, Mr. Sankla actively collaborates with industry leaders, government bodies, and business associations to promote industrial development and economic progress. His commitment to responsible leadership and long-term value creation continues to inspire businesses and contribute to a more progressive future.
